About Priyadarshini Degree College

Filling in the form

    • The candidates should fill in the Application forms in their own handwriting.
    • Candidate should fill separate Application forms for each group.
    • Application must be registered in the college on or before the prescribed date announced by the college in the local dailies. Documents for Admission.
    • Candidates should submit their application forms along with one Xerox

Copies of the following Certificates

    • Transfer Certificate form the Institution where the Candidate last studied.
    • Date of Birth Certificate & SSC Memorandum of Marks.
    • Migration Certificate by students coming from Universities other than Osmania University.
    • Bonafide Certificate.
    • Income Certificate of the parent/guardian.
    • Nativity Certificate from Mandal Revenue Officer.
    • Caste/Community Certificate from an officer, not below the rank of Mandal Revenue Officer.

Selection of the Students

Copies of the following Certificates

    • Selection of the Students will be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Osmania University.
    • A provisional list of candidates selected for admission will be displayed on the college Notice Board and no postal intimation will be sent. All admissions are provisional.
    • Selected Candidates should appear for a personal interview with the Principal in the college with all the Original Certificates, before the last date for payment of fees.
    • The college reserves the right to cancel the admission of a candidate at any stage if it is detected that the admission is against the rules and regulations of the University.

Fee Payment

    • The college fee has to be paid in full at the time of admission in the form of Demand Draft.
    • The fees paid by the candidate shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor adjusted for future admissions whether the student attends the classes or not.

Second Language & Optional Subjects

    • Change of medium will be permitted at the degree level if the candidate has secured a minimum of 40% marks in English in the qualifying examination. (i.e., Intermediate Public Examination or its equivalent).
    • Optional subjects, and the Second Language once selected by the candidate cannot be changed after the closing date of admission as declared by the Osmania University.

Admission Profile

    During the time of admission the students are provided with two copies of admission record books. This booklet consist of information about the student like his/her personnel details, academic details, health issues and information about his/her extracurricular activities. The students are advised to fill in this booklet fully and one copy is to be retained by the student and the other one has to be submitted to their respective section incharge. This booklet has to be updated by the student every year and the same information has to be passed on to the section incharge.

Change of address

    In case of change in permanent / contact address, students are required to incorporate the same in the Registration cards to be filled by them at the beginning of every semester. If there is a change in the middle of any semester, students can forward an application for change of address to the College office through the Administrative Officer.
